FULL
Initiation fee of $100 and annual dues of $1,200.00 ($100 per month). Entitles the holder, together with spouse and
dependent children living within the household, the use of the club with all its facilities. Stock purchase required.
SOCIAL
Initiation of $60 and annual dues of $768 ($64 per month). Entitles the holder, together with spouse and any
dependent children to the use of all facilities except the golf course.
Stock purchase required.
TRANSIENT
Temporary resident of 6 months or less. One time only initiation fee of
$60 and monthly dues of $120 with all privileges as Full.
INTERMEDIATE
For those not exceeding 32 years of age. Initiation shall be $50 and dues
shall be $840 annually ($70 per month) with all privileges as Full.
OUT OF TOWN
Initiation shall be $100 and dues shall be $660 annually ($55 per month)
with all privileges as Full Same as a Full Must have principal residence
outside a 45 mile radius of Deming. Stock purchase required.
MINISTERIAL MEMBERSHIP
For Clergymen only. Initiation shall be $50 and dues shall be $660 annually
($55 per month) with all privileges as Full Same as a Full Must have principal
residence outside a 45 mile radius of Deming.
GOLF
Individual membership for one year shall be $825 payable in advance. Couples membership for one year shall be $950 payable in advance. Junior individual membership (age 18 or younger) for one year shall be $350 payable in advance. Golf membership entitles hold only to use of the golf course.
CORPORATE
Initiation fee of $350 plus $20 per employee. Annual dues of $3,000
($250 per month) plus a monthly fee of $55 for each employee designated
as Full and a monthly fee of $40 for each employee designated as social.
GOVERNMENTAL
Requires an enrollment of at least eight (8) employees. Initiation shall
be $20 for each employee and dues shall be $930 annually (payroll deduction
of $77.50 per month).
GOLFERS: There may be additional fees not limited to Cart Access Fees, Cart Shed
Usage, Cart Rental, Golf Association Dues, and/or Surcharges.
Stock price is $250.00 per share. Voting rights
depends upon stock ownership.
